I always seem to stuggle when it comes to my personal projects. Since inThought is meant to be a place where I post some of my more refined, although still rough idea, I wanted it to be perfect. This of course is not possible, and I’m well aware of my dangerous perfectionist habits. After all, this website has been redesigned at least once a year for the past five years.

This is by far the simplest layout that I’ve used for inThought but I think it’s also the best suited. I found that I want the focus to be on what is written, and the few illustrations that I create. Additional sidebars and jumping through additional SEO hoops just seemed to take away too much focus.

I finally came across a simple theme called Manifest, which was a little too far into the minimalist side for me but very close none the less. After some tweaking and adjustments, It’s time to lauch inThought… again.

This time, it feel right.
